El was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the process and did an inspection. He even mentioned some pests I never even heard of before were located on the outside. He also mentioned I may have termites, which is good to know so that I can address it.
I was just making a cornbread and chicken recipe I saw on TikTok. Of course, we weren’t prepared for him to spray inside of the house because I was cooking. My initial call was for flies, but I asked him if he could take care of any spiders and come back another day just so I won’t deal with bugs, flies, or spiders.
This is for the business A Step Above/ASAP.

Aaron was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and efficient! He inspected my room for what appears to be cigarette/fabric beetles. I had some dead ones I kept in a tissue and he carefully put them in a sticky box as samples for further inspection and shared his initial thoughts while ensuring that a lab test would confirm the actual results (others who have come just looked at them, speculated, and said to take a picture and that they'd send someone else again *deep sigh*). After inspecting my room some more, he finished up and gave me clear next steps. A few minutes after he left he gave me a call and said he might have an explanation for what's going on. He had checked his bug 'bible' and showed me what he believed to be the culprit, how they may have gotten here, and what treatment would be needed. He again gave clear next steps and said he'd follow up. Aaron was the third person who has come to inspect the issue (others were from a different company) and he was the only one who maintained outstanding professionalism and knowledge of the issue, and gave me honest peace of mind. Very grateful for this experience!! That man deserves a raise!!
