Pest Control in Los Angeles
Taking Pride in Protecting Your Los Angeles Home from Pests
As a family-owned business, A Step Above Pest Control & Termite takes our responsibility to protect your home and family from pests very seriously. We use the safest methods and materials available to deliver efficient and effective pest control. Our business was founded in 1996 and has grown over the past 25 years, mainly through referrals from satisfied customers.
What to Expect from Our Residential Pest Control Services
Using Integrated Pest Management, our residential pest control eliminates active pests in and around your home while also preventing new infestations in the future. We start by talking with you about your concerns, the size of your house, and what pests you’ve seen, then visit your home to conduct a thorough inspection. Once we know what pests are in your home, where they’re spending their time, and how they’re getting inside, we’ll create a treatment plan for your home.
As a family-owned business, we are careful only to use treatment methods that are safe for your family. All of the materials we use are registered with the EPA and the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. Our family takes pride in protecting your family. Depending on your treatment plan, we will treat the interior and exterior of your house. We’ll then determine a follow-up schedule for your home based on your needs. While a large or widespread infestation may require more frequent follow-up services every month or so, others may only require treatments every quarter.
- Inspection: We begin our service with an inspection of the inside and outside of your house. This inspection allows us to identify the pests causing problems so that we can design a treatment plan that is most effective for your specific problems.
- Treatments: We design your initial pest control treatment to meet your specific pest control needs. We’ll treat the interior and exterior using Integrated Pest Management methodologies to eliminate and prevent pests in and around your house.
- Follow-Up: Follow-up treatments keep your home pest-free in the months and years to come. Depending on the severity of your pest management issues, we’ll recommend a treatment schedule that will best meet your pest control needs.
